Growing up in the Sarnia area, I thought I'd follow a number of my family members and build a career somewhere within Chemical Valley. I was initially drawn to the Environmental Health & Safety field and enjoyed spending time at Cabot and Nova Chemicals. But it was one day while working for a 3M spin-off company in London that my financial advisor at Edward Jones asked me, "Steve, have you ever considered a career change?". Twenty years later, I still reflect on that life changing conversation and the journey that has taken place for my clients, myself and my family.
